Job summary

Main Line Health's Riddle Hospital is hiring a Respiratory Therapist to provide patient respiratory care across modalities and populations. You will assess patients, select appropriate therapies, and support diagnostic procedures within a collaborative team.

This role requires graduation from a CoARC-accredited program with at least 600 hours of clinical experience, an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), and PA licensure or temporary permit, plus BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate with at least 600 hours of clinical experience in a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Registry eligible or RRT certification required.
• PA state licensure or temporary permit required.
• BLS certification required (AHA/Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care using invasive and noninvasive modalities.
• Assess patients and facilitate appropriate care.
• Utilize diagnostic modalities to inform treatment.
• Support day shift with rotating weekends as needed.

Day Shift 72 bi-weekly with rotating weekend commitment

Experience

Graduate and minimum of 600 hours of clinical experience in a CoARC accredited Respiratory Care Program.

Education

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.


• Completion of CEU requirements in accordance with licensure standards.

Licensures/Certifications

• Registry eligible or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required.


• PA state licensure or temporary permit required.


• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
