Job summary

Main Line Health, Inc. at Riddle Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-quality respiratory care to diverse patient populations on a day shift with rotating weekends. You will assess patients and facilitate treatment using diagnostic modalities and invasive/noninvasive therapies.

Qualifications

• Graduate with clinical experience in a CoARC accredited Respiratory Care Program (minimum 600 hours).
• Certification/licensure requirements include PA state licensure or temporary permit and BLS.
• Registry eligible or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care at high quality for diverse patient populations using diagnostic modalities and both invasive and noninvasive therapies.
• Assess patients to determine appropriate care and facilitate treatments.
• Support ongoing education and professional development as part of the care team.

Position:

Respiratory Therapist

Shift:

Day Shift 72 bi-weekly with rotating weekend commitment

Experience:

Graduate and minimum of 600 hours of clinical experience in a CoARC accredited Respiratory Care Program.

Education:

1. Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.

2. Completion of CEU requirements in accordance with licensure standards.

Licensures/Certifications:

1. Registry eligible or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required.

2. PA state licensure or temporary permit required.

3. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
