Mountains Community Hospital in Lake Arrowhead, CA seeks a Respiratory Care Therapist to join our acute care team. The role requires current licensure in California and ventilator experience. Candidates should have an AA degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA/JRC approved respiratory education program.
• Minimum one-year acute care and ventilator experience.
• Current license from the State of California Respiratory Care Board; NBRC registration preferred.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Graduate of an American Medical Association/Joint Review Committee on Respiratory Education approved

Institution.

Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related

Experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum one-year acute care and ventilator experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Current license from the State of California Respiratory Care Board.

Preferred Registration with the National Board for Respiratory Care.
