Emplify Health in La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Respiratory Therapist to work 30 hours per week across day and night shifts. You will assess cardiopulmonary status, develop and evaluate care plans, and educate patients and families in outpatient settings.

Starting pay is $33.78 per hour with additional shift differentials. A $15K or $10K sign-on, plus $15K relocation assistance for eligible candidates, and a supportive team culture with mentoring and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy and active state licensure.
• CRT, RCP and RRT credentials required/within 2 years of hire.
• Current BLS for Infant-Adult Healthcare Providers is required.

Position Details

• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 30
• Part-time openings available!
• Shifts Available: Day/Night rotation, Day/PM rotation, straight days and straight nights.
• Every third weekend and rotating holidays is required.
• Starting rate of $33.78/hr + more for experience
• Shift Differentials: PM – $2.50/hour | Nights – $4.00/hour | Weekends - $3.00/hour
• Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin

What You’ll Do

• Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes
• Assess cardiopulmonary status and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and families in outpatient settings

What You’ll Receive

• $15K sign-on bonus for candidates with 2yr+ experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366)
• $10K sign-on bonus for candidates with less than 2 years of experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366)
• $15K in relocation assistance for eligible candidates (Must be relocating more than 100 miles away from La Crosse, WI)

What You Need

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – National Board for Respiratory Care
• Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) – State of Wisconsin
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – within 2 years of hire
• Current Infant-Adult BLS for Healthcare Providers
