The Pearl of Joliet is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our dedicated team in Joliet, IL. Competitive wages, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, developing care plans, administering treatments, monitoring responses, and collaborating with physicians to improve outcomes. Current RT license, BLS/ACLS required; vent experience preferred.

Competenze

• Current and valid Respiratory Therapist license (Required).
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience with vents unit (Preferred).

Mansioni

• Conduct patient assessments to determine respiratory care needs
• Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
• Administer respiratory treatments, medications, and therapies as prescribed
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to therapy
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory care techniques and self-management
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to respiratory care
