Job summary

Orchard Villa in Oregon, Ohio is hiring a Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT). You will provide respiratory care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, developing treatment plans and working with physicians to deliver high-quality care.

The role offers flexible shifts (FT/PT/PRN) and potential daily pay options. Candidates must be NBRC-accredited, hold CRT or RRT, have Ohio license and BLS, and have at least 1 year of experience (long-term care and ventilator experience preferred).

Now Hiring: Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT)

Are you passionate about helping people breathe easier and live better? We’re looking for a skilled and caring Respiratory Therapist to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide respiratory care to residents in our skilled nursing facilities, following clinical guidelines and working closely with physicians and care teams to deliver high-quality treatment. Rates up to $49.00 based on experience and schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement respiratory therapy treatment plans
• Administer inhalants, operate ventilators, and manage therapeutic gas systems
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed

What You Bring

• Graduate of an NBRC-accredited program
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Valid Ohio license and Basic Life Support certification
• At least 1 year of experience (long-term care and ventilator experience preferred)

• Daily Pay: Get up to 50% of your earnings the next day
• Flexible shifts: full-time, part-time, PRN
