Job summary

CarePro Home Medical in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a licensed Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) who values independence and patient education. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with no nights or holidays, and a home-based care model that supports meaningful patient relationships.

You will educate patients on PAP therapy, troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate with physicians and families while keeping accurate documentation in a relaxed setting away from hospital

Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist with NBRC credentials (CRT or RRT).
• Experience in home care or outpatient settings preferred.
• Ability to educate patients on PAP therapy and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Educate and set up patients with PAP therapy (CPAP/BiPAP) and supplies.
• Troubleshoot equipment and ensure patient compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, discharge planners, and families.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation in a non-hospital setting.
