Job Details

Position Description: Provides respiratory care as ordered by physicians, assessing and managing pediatric patients with respiratory issues to improve outcomes. Shares clinical knowledge with staff and students and serves as a role model for best practices in clinical care.
Required Qualifications: Associate degree; Illinois License; BLS; NRP-MHC; 0 years of experience.
Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Additional Information: Accepts reassignment to other units when necessary; contributes to patient education regarding respiratory disease processes, intervention procedures, and discharge instructions; plans, implements, and evaluates the effectiveness of respiratory care; shares clinical knowledge with staff and students.
