Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital in Brookhaven, GA is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team for the 7pm-7am shift. You will perform patient assessments, respiratory care procedures, and respond to critical care needs to support adult patients.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy, RRT and state license, BCLS, ACLS, and PALS within 60 days of hire. A sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
• No experience required; entry-level considered.
• Licensure and certifications required upon hire: RRT, BCLS, ACLS, PALS within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Performing patient assessments and respiratory care procedures.
• Conducting critical care procedures in adult care areas.
• Blood gas analysis and equipment maintenance.
• Provide patient education and uphold safety protocols.

Performing patient assessments, general respiratory care procedures and protocols, critical care procedures in adult care areas, blood gas analysis, maintenance and management of all equipment and patient education.
