Encompass Health in Beloit, WI is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team.

You will provide direct care for patients requiring medical gas therapy, breathing treatments, and related assessments; supervise treatments and create care plans. We focus on patient-centered recovery and collaboration with an experienced team.

Formación

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise respiratory care and breathing treatments, perform patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build meaningful patient relationships by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery.
