Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Wisconsin. You will provide respiratory care, including therapies and medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient independence and recovery.

Qualifications include an active Respiratory Therapy license and CPR; ACLS is preferred. Hospital experience is valued as part of a compassionate, community-focused care approach.

Qualificações

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients using medical gas and breathing therapy modalities.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments, perform patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Address patient concerns and track progress to support successful recovery.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by attending to physical, mental, and emotional needs.
