Job summary

Baxter Health is seeking a Certified Respiratory Technician (CRT) for the Pulmonology Clinic in Mountain Home, AR. The role is full-time days, Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–12pm, in a clinical setting.

The incumbent will operate respiratory therapy equipment for patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment, ensuring adherence to clinic policies and safety standards. AR license and NBRC/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program.
• 1 year of Pulmonary Function Testing experience.
• Arkansas Respiratory License in good standing; NBRC certification or eligible; BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate respiratory therapy equipment used for patient assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
• Adhere to Baxter Health standards and clinic policies.
• Coordinate with the Clinic Manager to implement best practices in the Pulmonology Clinic.
