Job summary

Liberty Street Hospital in Meadville, PA is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Assistant to support the Respiratory Therapist in daily routines and patient care.

The role involves indirect and direct patient care across infant to geriatric patients, data entry, and clerical tasks. High school diploma and enrollment in an accredited RT program required; BLS certification preferred.

SUMMARY

Assists the Respiratory Therapist’s with the daily routine and functions of the RT Department by the completion of both indirect and direct patient care activities.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

High School graduate or equivalent.
Must be actively enrolled in an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
