Homestead Post Acute in Kentucky is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants. You will ensure care quality by following facility policies and coordinating with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
• Direct the day-to-day nursing functions in accordance with policies and guidelines.
• Complete and maintain required nursing records and documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians and other staff to plan and implement care and discharge plans.
