TalentBurst, Inc. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Medford, OR for a 13-week onsite contract. Day shifts, 12 hours, three days a week, with on-call not required. The role involves float between units, potential weekend work, and responsibilities in airway management and ventilator care.

The position requires at least 1 year of experience, BLS and RRT certifications preferred, and comfort with adult critical care settings. This assignment starts 11/09/2026 and lasts 13 weeks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a respiratory therapist or RRT.
• BLS and RRT certifications preferred.
• Experience with adult critical care and emergency department settings.

Responsabilités

• Assist with airway management and suctioning.
• Provide oxygen therapy and use high-flow nasal cannula.
• Manage ventilator settings and weaning under protocol.
• Support extubation and tracheostomy care as needed.
