TalentBurst is recruiting for a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to support the Fayetteville, NC area on a 13-week onsite contract. Night shift, 12 hours per day, 4 days per week, with a strong emphasis on ICU care for adults and pediatrics.

The assignment includes 2 shifts off policy and no holiday-related time off accepted. The role requires 2 years of experience, 4x12 hour nights, and float within scope as needed.

• Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units: Y
• Open to accommodating block scheduling: N
• Locals accepted: No - 50-mile radius rule from the main campus (Cape Fear Valley Medical Center)
• Pending License accepted: N
• RTO Restrictions: per manager's discretion
• Guaranteed Hours: call off policy of 2 shifts per 13-week assignment. Once that is met all hours based on contracted shifts are guaranteed.

Job Description

Night Shift 12 hours/day 4 days/week

No holiday RTO will be accepted

Qualifications

• Years of experience: 2

Special Requirements

• Return Staff Policy: Have to be gone for 1 year to return as a traveler.
• System has a 2 contract limit (can only extend once) then has to be gone for 6 months to return.
