Qualifications

• Graduation from a two-year AMA approved respiratory care program.
• Three years of increasingly responsible experience as a respiratory therapist.
• Licensed with the State of Minnesota as Respiratory Therapist, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily respiratory care operations.
• Monitor competency of respiratory care staff to ensure level of care delivered meets standards.
• Coach, develop, and train staff to improve performance including initial orientation to role responsibilities.
