Qualifications

• Must hold a Registered Respiratory Therapist credential.
• Strong clinical skills in cardiopulmonary assessment, therapy delivery, and ventilator care.
• Proficiency with ABGs, spirometry, and patient monitoring.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in multidisciplinary care.
• Commitment to infection prevention and precise documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory diagnostics such as ABGs and spirometry.
• Monitor patient response and adjust treatments to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop and refine care plans.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and self-care.
• Maintain infection control and adhere to safety standards.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMR.
