Job summary

Memorial Healthcare is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide cardiopulmonary care for patients with evolving respiratory needs. You will deliver therapy, monitor patient status, document findings, and educate patients and families about their illness and available resources.

The role requires rapid response to codes, adherence to policies, and ongoing evaluation of care quality with minimal supervision. Night shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Accredited Respiratory Therapy program required.
• AHCA background screening and BLS/AHA certifications referenced.
• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and assesses response to ordered therapy per plan of care.
• Monitors, documents, and communicates patient condition.
• Educates patient and family about illness and community resources.
• Responds to codes and provides emergent assistance.
• Evaluates respiratory care policies and procedures.
