Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; BLS certification preferred.
• Ohio Limited Permit or Ohio License required; enrolled in accredited respiratory care program may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for patient treatment and receive orders from physicians.
• Administer respiratory care procedures as prescribed (MDI, nebulization, oxygen therapy, ventilation, etc.).
• Monitor patient response, record data, and communicate findings to care team.
• Perform invasive procedures like arterial blood gas sampling and suctioning.
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, ensure safety and quality of care.
