Respiratory Care Services Manager

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Fort Wayne leadership team in the role of Respiratory Care Services Manager.
Assist in the planning, directing and overall operation of quality Respiratory Care Services and to maintain responsibility and accountability. Through direct clinical leadership, ongoing outcome analysis and program development, is responsible for quality patient outcomes, high customer satisfaction, and efficient, productive use of personnel, material and financial resources. Serves as a liaison between various departments and leadership and collaborates to ensure quality process and policies are in place. Responsible for system-wide respiratory service integration and interdisciplinary collaboration within the Indiana University Health System.
This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday day shift at Fort Wayne Hospital. Candidates should have previous people leadership or project/program management experience.

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Requires Associates degree in Respiratory Care. Bachelor's degree preferred.
