Job summary

ECU Health Chowan Hospital in Edenton, NC seeks a Respiratory Care Practitioner to evaluate, treat, and manage patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders. You will participate in clinical decision-making, care planning, and patient education while documenting care accurately.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification required.
• Associate degree or higher in a CoARC-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Active licensure with the NC Respiratory Care Board and RRT within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat and manage patients of all ages with respiratory/cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Document care and participate in clinical decision-making and care planning.
• Bill for services and maintain accurate patient records.
