Job summary

ECU Health Bertie Hospital in Windsor, NC is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner III to provide and document respiratory care under supervision. Night shifts (6:30 PM–7:00 AM), 3–12s, rotating weekends, and no on-call are required. The position includes a commitment bonus and relocation options along with career growth opportunities.

Requirements include active NC licensure, RRT, BLS and ACLS; PALS/NRP vary by unit. An associate degree or higher from a CoARC-approved program is required.

Qualifications

• Active licensure with NC Respiratory Care Board upon hire.
• RRT credential required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• PALS and NRP may be required in certain units; NBRC NPS exam due by 12 months from orientation (where applicable).
• Accepting applications for all levels of experience (New Grads - 25+ Years).

Responsibilities

• Provide and document respiratory care and services.
• Respond to patient needs and operate per clinical protocols.
