Proforma Health is seeking Respiratory Care Practitioners to provide treatments across NICU, ICU, ED, Birth Center, and outpatient rehab. You will follow orders to deliver high-quality care and, for senior roles, mentor and guide other staff members.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire; ACLS and PALS within 90 days.
• For Senior roles: 2 years of acute care experience; NICU/CCU/open-heart experience preferred.

As a Respiratory Care Practitioner or Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will perform treatments and procedures according to provider orders, ensuring high-quality patient care. Senior practitioners serve as a resource, maintain professional standards, and may train or guide other staff members.

Qualifications Include

• Graduation from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire
