Schedule Details: Eligible for a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus! $4/hour Night Shift differential. Standard shift: 1800-0600, every third weekend. Primary location at Oconomowoc, with cross-training required at Waukesha Memorial. Oconomowoc has a Level 2 NICU, requiring NICU and NRP training. The Respiratory Therapist also assists with Phlebotomy. No experience needed; training will be provided for the right candidate.

What You Will Do:

The Respiratory Care Practitioner provides care to patients requiring respiratory services. They identify abnormal/normal pulmonary data, ABGs, chest x-rays, and lab values. They demonstrate and maintain competency in emergent bedside bronchoscopy procedures and the INOvent.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) and Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP)
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred
• BLS (CPR) or ability to obtain at hire; NRP or ability to obtain within one year
• PALS preferred
• ICU experience strongly preferred
• Ability to maintain continuing education per NBRC guidelines
