The role requires licensure in California (RCP and RRT), BLS, PALS, and on-call availability for emergencies and transports. Shift is nights at 100 W California Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91105.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school by the National Board of Respiratory Care; diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required.
• Two years experience as a Critical Care RCP preferred; applicable age-specific patient population.
• Current unrestricted Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license in California; RRT; BLS and PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to neonatal, pediatric and adult patients across floor, intermediate, ICU and emergency care areas.
• Participate in policy/procedure formulation, quality management, and evaluator/mentorship within area of responsibility.
• Be available for on-call emergencies and transports as needed.
