Job Description

Work schedule: M-F (varies) 7a-7p with every other weekend

As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will:

• Perform therapeutic and technical procedures that require independent judgment and knowledge of the theory and practice of Respiratory Care.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of respiratory therapy
• Successfully passed the Registry Examination of the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the State of Maryland
• Must complete hospital orientation and departmental orientation programs, and possess and maintain current BCLS certification
• ACLS and PALS certifications are also required and must be completed within the first year of employment and maintained thereafter
