Job summary

The RCP I will contribute to quality patient outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team, applying professional judgment while upholding organizational values and CPR/BLS protocols as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with adult and pediatric patient populations preferred.
• Knowledge of respiratory care principles, BIPAP management, ventilator management, and oxygen delivery systems.
• Ability to assess, monitor and evaluate patient response to respiratory therapies.
• Proficiency in emergency response procedures, including CPR and airway management support.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
