Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to support inpatient services across our hospital locations. The RCP will perform routine, diagnostic, and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures and maintain equipment to ensure optimal patient care.

Candidates should hold state licensure, current BLS and ACLS, and have prior hospital-based experience. Training and growth opportunities are available through our Education Advancement Program.

Qualifications

• Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Blood gas licensure may be required in certain states (e.g., Nevada).
• High school diploma required; an associate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients in PAM Health hospitals.
• Maintains all respiratory care equipment in working order.
• Provides phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing as required.
