• Collaborate with providers regarding respiratory therapy.

Job description

Hours & Shift Requirements

Full time; 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, 36 hours weekly, Mon – Fri with occasional weekend and night coverage.

Qualifications

Registered Respiratory Therapist or eligible preferred, licensed in the State of Illinois.

2 years recent hospital experience required; must be comfortable working alone at times.

Responsibilities

• Perform PFTs, Cardiac Stress Tests, EKGs, and Holter monitor placement (training provided)
• Perform ABGs and home oxygen qualifications
• Ventilator management and routine respiratory care
• Collaborate with providers regarding all aspects of respiratory therapy
