Job summary

ProMedica Flower Hospital in the Pulmonary department seeks a Respiratory Care Practitioner to deliver comprehensive respiratory care in various clinical settings. The role supports patient assessment, treatment plans, and collaborative communication with the health care team.

This is a full-time position on days with a 36-hour week. The successful candidate will hold a CRT or RRT, maintain BLS, and be licensed to practice in Ohio or Michigan, with ACLS/NRP/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CRT or RRT credential by NBRC is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement respiratory care plans for patients with respiratory conditions.
• Evaluate patient goals and adjust care plans in collaboration with the health care team.
• Provide clinical instruction to students and residents as needed.
• Orient and mentor new staff to support team development.
