Qualifikationen

• Licensed in Illinois as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT).
• 6 months recent hospital experience preferred.
• Able to perform PFTs, ABGs, EKGs and ventilator management.

• Collaborate with providers to determine care for assigned patients.
• Follow guidelines for patient assessments.
• Demonstrate competency in skills and equipment use.
• Educate patients about their disease process and therapies.
• Accurately document in hospital systems per guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement studies as requested.
• Communicate findings and concerns to the department director.
• Maintain a positive, cooperative attitude with health team members and patients.
