Qualified candidates will have an Associate’s Degree or Certificate in Respiratory Therapy, active RCP licensure in Illinois, NBRC-CRT, and BLS/ACLS/NRP/PALS

Qualifications

• Must have Associate's Degree or Certificate in Respiratory Therapy from an approved program.
• Licensed RCP (RCP) in Illinois and Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days; ACLS, NRP, PALS within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Performs respiratory care per physician orders and patient needs.
• Operates ventilators and monitors patient responses.
• Maintains accurate documentation of therapy and ventilator settings.
• Participates in rounds and collaborates with care team to optimize outcomes.
