Providence Health & Services is seeking a full-time Respiratory Care Practitioner at Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA. You will be responsible for maintaining or restoring patients’ cardiopulmonary systems, working under supervision and applying your knowledge to complex situations.

Shift: Night

Position: Respiratory Care Practitioner at Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, WA

Responsible for helping to maintain or restore maximum functioning of the patient's cardiopulmonary system in accordance with physician orders and/or departmental protocols. Required to exercise initiative in developing ideas or in responding to or adjusting problem situations. Supervised by the Charge Therapist/Lead Therapist or Supervisor. Work processes and assignments for patients of all ages frequently require the incumbent to interpret and apply operating procedures, technical standards, and/or protocols to problems of varying degrees of complexity.

Required Qualifications

• Coursework/Training: Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon hire: Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Sufficient experience to work effectively in commonplace work situations and provide a working knowledge of the principles, practices, standards, methods, and techniques of the Respiratory Care field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year Acute Care experience.

Pay Range

$34.90 - $54.19 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
