Job summary

Providence Swedish Edmonds is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to perform respiratory care procedures for patients of all ages in all hospital areas.

You will join a team dedicated to patient-focused, whole-person care and contribute to a culture of respect and collaboration across facilities in the Providence system.

Qualifications

• Accredited RT program completed and eligible for licensure in Washington.
• WA Respiratory Care Practitioner License required upon hire.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required or obtained within specified timeframes.
• Recent hospital experience preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy educational program sufficient to qualify for licensure in Washington State
• Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
• National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent hospital experience as a Respiratory Care Practitioner

These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
