Job summary

Lane Community College seeks part-time instructors to teach in the Respiratory Care Program at the Eugene main campus. The role involves delivering lectures and labs, creating course materials, and supporting student success through diverse teaching strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of professional experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist ( RRT ).
• Oregon Respiratory Therapist license required; NBRC RRT credential must be held.
• Alternative credential in related discipline may be acceptable per qualifications description.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality classroom and lab instruction for Respiratory Care courses.
• Develop and revise course content and materials to align with learning outcomes.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and grading in accordance with college policies.
• Participate in program and course assessment to support accreditation standards.
• Engage in online and on-site teaching activities as assigned.
