Job summary

Bon Secours seeks a Respiratory Aide II to support non-acute patients under supervision. You will assist with basic respiratory care, equipment setup, and supply management while maintaining a clean work area.

Required are an AMA-approved program background with a current permit and BLS. This PRN role serves the Southside Regional Medical Center in Petersburg, with benefits and training offered.

Qualifications

• Current student in AMA approved Respiratory Care Program or a recent graduate.
• Current Respiratory Care Limited Permit as required by the state.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Respiratory Therapist for basic respiratory care.
• Set up and monitor non-invasive equipment and oxygen delivery devices.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and supplies.
• Clean, assemble and stock respiratory equipment and supplies.
• Document results and maintain accurate records.
