Zusammenfassung

Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center is seeking a Respiratory Aide II for PRN shifts. Under supervision, you will provide basic respiratory care to non-acute patients and assist with equipment setup and maintenance, while keeping a clean, organized work area.

You will perform arterial/capillary blood draws, monitor devices, deliver CPAP/BiPAP therapy and contribute to patient comfort and safety. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Current AMA-approved Respiratory Care Program student or graduate.
• Current Respiratory Care Limited Permit and BLS certification.
• No prior experience required.

Aufgaben

• Draw arterial and/or capillary blood samples, process and report results with quality controls.
• Set up and monitor non-invasive respiratory devices and equipment.
• Provide basic respiratory therapies including aerosols, chest physiotherapy and oxygen therapy.
• Perform EKGs and monitor basic arrhythmias.
• Maintain and organize respiratory supplies and equipment.
