Job summary

Community Health Network seeks a Resource Team Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care across the network. You will be part of a flexible team with access to premium pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K.

Candidates must hold an Indiana RN license, have at least five years in acute care with two years in ED, strong communication and teamwork, and familiarity with EPIC.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN/CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA accredited nursing program or 3+ years of related nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Indiana license to practice (NLC).
• Minimum of 5 years acute care nursing experience with 2 years in ED; certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; strong teamwork.
• Compassionate, caring, accountable and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care across Community Health Network hospitals.
• Work with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams in an area of expertise.
• Qualify for resource team premium pay and full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K).
