Job summary

Community Health Network is hiring a Resource Team Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient care across our network of hospitals in Indiana. You will join a versatile team providing high-quality care in fast-paced environments and qualify for resource team premium pay and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited nursing program, Indiana RN license, and at least five years of acute care experience with recent PCU

Qualifications

• NLN/CCNE/ACEN or NLN CNEA accredited nursing program, or 3 years of related nursing experience.
• Licensed RN in Indiana with a valid license to practice in the state.
• Minimum of five years (5) of acute care nursing experience with two years (2) of recent PCU RN experience; certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; Excellent team skills; Compassionate and caring; Accountable; Self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care across the Network hospitals.

Make a Difference

The Resource Team Registered Nurse (RN) works throughout the Network to provide excellent patient care within an area of expertise. You will have the unique opportunity to work within all of the Community Health Network hospitals and gain unmatched experience by working with a variety of patient populations and healthcare teams! As a Resource Team RN, you qualify for resource team premium pay as well as a full benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K retirement plan, etc.

Exceptional Skills And Qualifications

• Graduate of National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Minimum of five years (5) of acute care nursing experience with two years (2) of recent PCU RN experience required. No exceptions. Certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Self-directed.
• EPIC experience is a plus.
