Qualifications

• Valid Arizona teaching certification.
• Experience with students with disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group instruction based on student needs and IEP goals.
• Develop and implement differentiated lesson plans and instructional strategies.
• Support students in accessing the general education curriculum.
• Implement IEP accommodations, modifications, and specialized instructional strategies.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of student goals.
• Provide academic, behavioral, and classroom support as needed.
• Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
• Advocate for student needs and support each student’s academic and personal growth.
