Job summary

BRX Educational Staffing in Glendale, AZ is seeking a dedicated and passionate Self-Contained Teacher to join one of our top district partners for the 2026–2027 school year. In this self-contained, full-time role you will provide individualized instruction, develop differentiated lessons, and support students with diverse academic, behavioral, social, and functional needs, guided by IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field.
• Valid Arizona teaching certification.
• Experience with students with disabilities preferred.
• Experience in self-contained classroom preferred.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and small-group instruction in a self-contained classroom.
• Develop and implement engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Support students with academic, behavioral, social, and functional needs.
• Implement IEP goals, accommodations, and modifications.
• Maintain a structured, positive, and supportive classroom environment.
