Job description

Description
Be the Person Who Helps a Child Finally Feel Safe

Some careers change lives from a distance. This one changes them face-to-face.

For more than 130 years, Monroe Harding has stood beside children and young adults who have experienced abuse, neglect, and trauma. Every child deserves someone who refuses to give up on them—and every foster family deserves someone in their corner.

You'll help children navigate challenging seasons while ensuring they have the support, stability, and services they need to heal and thrive.

  • Participate in Child & Family Team meetings and ongoing professional development.
