Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Michigan Teaching Certificate with endorsements including Math.
• Strong knowledge of IDEA, MARSE, and the IEP Process.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professional leadership and advocate for students and families.
• Provide direct and indirect special education services as identified in IEPs.
• Design and implement differentiated, evidence-based instruction aligned with standards and IEP goals.
• Develop and deliver lessons using multiple instructional approaches and accommodations.
• Promote independence and access to general education within the least restrictive environment.
• Lead IEP Team meetings and collaborate with parents, staff, and service providers.
