Job summary

University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington, VT is seeking a Resource RN to float across inpatient units, providing skilled Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care and Maternal Child coverage as needed.

The role requires at least 1 year of direct RN experience, Vermont RN licensure or compact licensure; ADN is required and BSN is preferred; you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by Vermont is required.
• ADN is required; BSN is preferred.
• Appropriate clinical area experience; varies by unit.

Responsibilities

• Float between inpatient units to cover staffing needs.
• Care for a mixed population across Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, and Maternal Child units.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
