Jefferson Health in New Jersey is seeking a professional nurse to provide patient-centered care, using the nursing process to address physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs of diverse patients. You will develop individualized plans of care with patients and designated care partners, aligning with cultural beliefs and values.

The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program and RN licensure in NJ, with strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and ongoing professional

Competenze

• BSN or completion of BSN or appropriate advanced degree within 3 years of hire strongly preferred
• Minimum of two years Med/Surg/Tele nursing experience, float/resource nursing experience
