Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking a detail-oriented candidate to support resource planning activities and coordinate information for new home starts. You will handle permits, plot plans, and field documents, while working with field teams to ensure timely start dates.

The role requires strong computer skills and experience with scheduling software and MS Office. You will engage with municipalities and trade partners and contribute to the Build With Pulte portal.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support resource planning activities under the Resource Planning Manager.
  • Compile information needed to start homes, including permits and plans; distribute updated field documents.
  • Use Pulte-supported systems (Schedules, BWP, Transact, Concur) for tasks.
  • Interact with municipalities and trade partners to address issues and payments.
  • Assist in digital management and storage of permit documents and content on Build With Pulte site.

Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Support resource management activities at the discretion of the Resource Planning Manager.
  • Assist in compiling information necessary to start homes, including permits, plot plan. JIO's, etc and provide to field team ahead of planned start date. Manage to distribution of any field documents revised after initial documents were sent to the field.
  • Proficient in using Pulte-supported systems, including Schedules, BWP, Transact, Concur, etc.
  • Interacts daily with municipalities and trade partners, including inspection fee payments, resolving municipality issues, and resolving trade partner requests for information.
  • Assist in executing the digital management and storage of approved permit documents.
  • Manage information/content on "Build With Pulte" website.
  • Assist RPM in producing capacity and trend reports to support department production meetings.
  • Process invoices for payment by accurately assigning costs to correct lots, using Transact and Concur.
  • Adhere to "Clean Sweep" Policy when saving department records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
