Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, sociology, guidance and counseling, or related field.
• 1 year experience working with children preferred.
• PA Child Abuse, FBI and Criminal Clearances required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support, consultation and coaching to Resource Parents to meet emotional, behavioral, social, and developmental needs of children.
• Proactively partner with Resource Parents to ensure safety and stability of the child.
• Provide face-to-face support a minimum of 1 time per month and more during new placements/crisis.
• Coordinate with CUA Case Manager and educational teams to ensure appropriate services.
