The role focuses on capacity forecasting, real-time utilization, and staffing alignment across client engagements in the healthcare consulting space. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in healthcare operations with strong analytical and modeling skills, proficiency in QuickBase, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Service Line Managers, HR, and the Resource

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare operations, resource planning, or related experience.
• Analytical skills incl. forecasting and performance modeling.
• Proficiency in QuickBase or similar planning tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to assess risk and drive data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real-time visibility of staff, assignments, and capacity across service lines.
• Forecast resource needs based on volume trends, renewals, PTO, turnover, and client cycles.
• Align resources to clients by skill, performance history, certification, access, and availability.
• Monitor utilization and productivity KPIs to protect margins.
• Maintain resource and skills data in QuickBase per standard processes.
• Contribute to weekly workforce digest and monthly alignment report; participate in reviews.
• Identify staffing risks and collaborate on improvement plans.
