Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Jerome, ID is seeking a Resource Operator to perform all plant operator tasks and provide shift coverage during breaks and vacations, ensuring production continuity and sanitation standards.

The role requires CIP and Master Sanitation work, titrations, sampling for micro and analytical results, and maintaining knowledge of CIP circuit flows. Pre-operational logs and system adjustments are also part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in food plant manufacturing preferred.
• Good mechanical aptitude required.

• Starting wage of $30.33 with two pay increases within the first year up to $1.00-$1.50.
• Shift Differential + Double Time on Sundays Thursday – Saturday every other Sunday 5:00PM to 5:00AM.
